Our commitment to accessibility

AI Print Works is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe everyone, including children, parents, teachers, and adults with visual, motor, or cognitive impairments, should be able to browse our creative collections, use our conversion utilities, and enjoy coloring activities without barriers.

We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to achieve these goals.

Conformance standards

We aim to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. These guidelines outline best practices for making web content accessible to individuals with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Key accessibility practices

We incorporate several design and technical measures to ensure high accessibility across our digital catalog:

  • High contrast line art: Our coloring sheets feature bold, high-contrast monochrome line work that renders clearly on both digital screens and printed pages, aiding individuals with low vision.
  • Semantic HTML markup: We use semantic elements such as proper heading hierarchies, descriptive button labels, and structured landmark regions to assist screen reader users.
  • Keyboard navigation: All core site features, including page browsing, category filtering, tool interactions, and checkout forms, are fully operable using keyboard navigation alone.
  • Image descriptions: We provide descriptive alternative text on images across our guides, collections, and product listings to ensure visual context is conveyed to assistive technology users.
  • Device responsiveness: Our site layout adapts cleanly to different screen sizes and supports standard browser zoom settings up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality.

Testing methodology

We verify the accessibility of our web platform through automated testing and build validation:

  • Automated scans: We run automated accessibility audits using axe-core and Lighthouse to detect common accessibility regressions, contrast issues, and missing attributes.
  • Automated keyboard checks: Our test suite checks keyboard navigation flows, skip-to-content links, logical focus progression, and visible focus indicators across templates.
  • Markup validation: Our build validation checks semantic heading hierarchy, descriptive link text, and image alt attributes before pages are published.

Feedback and reporting barriers

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of AI Print Works. If you encounter any accessibility barrier while browsing our coloring catalog, downloading a file, or using our store, please let us know:

When contacting us, please include the specific web page URL, the assistive technology you were using, and a description of the issue encountered. We review accessibility reports and reply by email as soon as we can.
