To change or cancel a poster or canvas order, email us right away: we can do it only until Printful starts making it, which can be within a few hours. If your package arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please attach clear photographs of the defect and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund under our returns policy.

For inquiries concerning custom digital PDF coloring books or free printable downloads, please let us know:

• The title or URL of the coloring page you are attempting to print
• The device, operating system, and browser or PDF reader you are using
• Any error messages displayed during download or rendering

If a generated custom coloring book PDF contains file corruption or technical defects that our team cannot resolve, we provide a full refund under our digital returns policy.
