We currently ship physical merchandise exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not support international shipments at this time.
Production timelines
Because physical products are printed individually when you place an order, each item requires production time before it enters the carrier stream:
- Custom coloring posters and canvas prints: Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
Production times may extend slightly during high-volume holiday periods such as November and December.
Shipping transit times and carriers
Once your items finish production, Printful hands them over to national tracked carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL eCommerce.
- Contiguous United States: Transit typically takes 3 to 8 business days after production.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: Transit may take 8 to 14 business days depending on carrier routing.
As soon as your package ships, we send an automated notification containing a carrier tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
Shipping rates
Every order ships by tracked standard shipping within the United States, at one simple rate:
- Orders under $60: $4.99 flat, whatever the weight or how many items are in the order.
- Orders of $60 or more: free standard shipping. The $60 counts the items in your cart before tax and shipping, and the discount is applied automatically.
You see the shipping charge in your cart before you pay.
Free printable coloring pages and custom coloring book PDFs have no shipping charge.
Address modifications
Orders are sent to Printful and confirmed for production automatically as soon as payment succeeds. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, email us right away at [email protected] with your order number. We can change or cancel only until Printful starts making it, which can be within a few hours; after that we can’t stop it.
